What we build
Gap-filling tools
Your existing software does most things. Not everything. We build the piece that's missing — a lightweight app, a custom workflow, a connector between systems — so your team stops working around the problem and starts working through it.
Operational dashboards
Decisions made without visibility aren't really decisions. We build dashboards that surface the numbers that matter, connected to the systems you already use, so you can see what's happening before it becomes a problem.
AI automation
Repetitive work is expensive. We identify the tasks your team does the same way every time and automate them — routing, formatting, summarizing, alerting — so the people you're paying to think can actually do that.
The engagement
Every engagement starts with a diagnostic. We map your operations, identify the highest-leverage gaps, and give you a prioritized roadmap — whether or not you build it with us.
01 — Diagnostic
We learn how you actually operate.
We spend one to two weeks embedded in how your business actually runs. We talk to the people doing the work, map the workflows, and identify where time, money, and accuracy are leaking. You get a prioritized roadmap at the end — you own it regardless of what comes next.
A key part of this phase: we set you up with a structured capture tool and ask you to use it for one to two weeks. When something frustrates you, slows you down, or sparks an idea during your normal workday — you capture it. No formatting required. The raw input becomes the foundation of your roadmap.
Strong fit if
- — Your team works around software rather than through it
- — Critical knowledge lives in people's heads, not systems
- — You're growing faster than your processes can handle
- — You've tried to fix this before and ran out of time
The diagnostic is a structured process. See exactly how it works →
02 — Build
Fixed scope. Weekly progress. No surprises.
We take the highest-impact items from your roadmap and build them. Scope is agreed before we start. Most clients have a working prototype within a week. Full projects deploy within four to eight weeks. Delivery is incremental — you see progress throughout, not just at the end. The code is yours. No lock-in.
What this looks like
- — Fixed scope, fixed fee — no surprise invoices
- — Weekly check-ins with a working demo
- — You review and approve before anything goes to production
- — Code is yours — no ongoing dependency on us
03 — Iterate
Something meaningful shipped every month.
Most clients stay on a monthly cycle after launch. We scope and ship something meaningful every month — a new feature, a refinement, an integration. Midpoint check-in to adjust. End of month to review, accept, and plan the next cycle.
What a typical month includes
- — One scoped deliverable, agreed at the start of the cycle
- — Midpoint check-in — 30 minutes, agenda sent in advance
- — End-of-month demo and acceptance
- — Priority reset for the following cycle
Portfolio
Three examples. Each one started with a real problem.
Production system

Gap-filling tool
Workout Planner
Hotel gyms and unfamiliar facilities have unpredictable equipment. We built an equipment-aware workout planner — tell it what's in the gym, it builds a session around what you have. Grew from a simple utility into a full training app.
Community app
Mounds of Anchorage
Anchorage public works creates massive snow mounds every winter. Nobody was tracking this fascination. A geo-tagged community platform with user auth, image storage, and geo-mapping — built from a simple idea in a matter of days.
The diagnostic is where everything starts.
One to two weeks. A fixed fee. A prioritized roadmap you own. No obligation to build with us after. Most of our clients come through referrals and already have a specific problem in mind — if that's you, the fastest path forward is a short conversation.
